My daugher's lunchbox broke after about a year of use. I contacted their customer service and they were quick to replace to lunchbox with a new one. Would highly recommend!

I bought two of these for my 4 (now 5)-year old daughter. She used them consistently in pre-school and now has started kindergarten. Before school, she used to enjoy lunches in a charcuterie style (meat, cheese, fruit, veggies all separated into small portions). This bento box is perfect for her - it has many portions in the containers and never leaked when Input applesauce or yogurt into one of the pockets.After about a year, the silicone rubber on the containers began to mold. I was unable to get the mold off with scrubbing and soaking, so I reached out to the customer service email listed on their website. I received a response within 12 hours with suggestions on how to rid the mold from the container. I was told to reach back out if the suggestions did not resolve the problem. Although I tried the suggestions and didn’t get the results that I wanted (it helped some but not all the way), I am not disappointed. Once they heard that I was unable to resolve the issue, they did not hesitate to send two new containers directly to my home. I wasn’t expecting replacements and didn’t ask. If you are wondering if you should risk buying this, please buy it. The product is great, and if a defect occurs the customer service personnel make it so easy.
