Great for Beachbody
I’ve been using these for my Beachbody programs and they work great. A cheaper alternative to the Beachbody brand ropes.

Finally found a jump rope I'm happy with
I was really confused trying to pick a jump rope. I had one, but it wasn't that good. I ordered a speed rope, which I ended up returning.I ordered this one, and this one I'm very happy with.I'm considering taking the protector off,to make tricks easier, but anyway... This jump rope is cool. Seems really durable. And I can do tricks with it. Recommended.

They are weighted
When it said weighted, I wasn't sure exactly on what it meant. When they arrived, there are actually weights inside of the balls. At first I didn't think they were that bad but when you are doing the jump rope movement for about 10 minutes or so, I really start feeling the weight in my forearms. A few of the workouts I do require a jump rope but the limited amount of space that I have doesn't allow me to use a jump rope in my home. Rather than having to go outside to workout, I just bought these and so glad that I did. The balls at the end really give me the feeling that I'm actually using a jump rope. The resistance bands that come with this were definitely a bonus and don't tear or rip easily as I still have them. The handles on these jump ropes are padded and even with sweaty hands, I have not had any issues with these slipping out of my hands. If you don't have a lot of space, these are definitely the way to go. Plus I don't have to worry about hitting anything in my house or breaking something.

Don’t buy if you need a weighted rope.
Don’t buy! This is a scam, the rope is not weighted.

Anyone can do skipping now
* Skipping is was one exercise I was never able to do before max I can do 2 jumps. With this new cordless Jump rope, I can do 2-3 mins of skipping after few days of use.* You can do it anywhere without worry about rope hitting anything around.* Soft grip.* A great warmup exercise gear.

Great Quality Jump Rope
This was exactly what I was looking for. The first one I bought had a cheap plastic rope that kept twisting, so I returned it and got this. This rope has soft, lightweight foam handles with ball bearings. The cord, 7mm, is the perfect weight and doesn't tangle or twist. It has a plastic sleeve that slides to the middle of the rope that hits the floor when you jump and protects the rope from wear. This rope is adjustable. Use the mini screwdriver that's included and pop off the end caps on the handles. Push the rope ends out and you'll see a white plastic piece which pulls apart in 2 pieces. The rope can then be adjusted and shortened by cutting to the length you want, snapping the white pieces back together and fusing the cut ends with a lighter. I did shorten mine, but I didn't actually cut it. I adjusted the white pieces where I wanted and instead of cutting the rope, I stuffed the extra length of rope back down inside the handle and put the cap back on. That way I can adjust it further if I need to.

Good for Beginners Easy to Shorten
I am 5’ tall so I knew I’d have to cut the rope. I found it easy to do so. I contacted the company about instructions and a rep responded within a day. I had to cut twice making a small adjustment. Then burned edges and it seems to be holding well.I’m a beginner. Haven’t jumped rope in 35 years or so. A friend suggested this rope and weight. The weight is very slight but provides a good challenge. It took a night of trial and error to remember how to do it consistently. I find that the rope turns easily without using my arms but rather my wrists. Had to relearn that too. I’m working to increase my revolutions.

Great for cardio
Gives the feel of using a jump rope without the inconvenience. Great for indoors & small spaces... I also am not very coordinated & tend to keep tripping on the rope. I saw these recommended & really like it. Gets your heartrate up & allows it to stay there, since you don't have to stop when tripping over a rope. Just keep the rhythm going. I've been using it on a thick mat or trampoline & it's really easy on the knees. Great way to get cardio without having to leave wherever you are. Lightweight to carry along.
