Lab Series Night Recovery Lotion for Men, 1.7 Ounce

My title sums it up. It's expensive but does a great job. I work out in the elements everyday, sometimes 200 feet off the ground. This winter especially was very taxing on my skin. Apply this stuff before bed and the next morning presto, refreshed. No breakouts, perfume or oil residue nothing but great skin. I like it so much I started buying other products from them including their Turbo Wash, Eye Recovery and Daily Face moisturizer. I'm a 45 year old fair skin construction worker and this stuff works great for me.

I love their Instant Moisture Gel and wanted to give this product a try given that it comes from the same line of solid lotions/gels which are a) Fragrance free (very important - fragrances in lotions only irritate your skin/cause allergies) and b) not loaded with parabens and other obsolete preservatives.The texture of the lotion is great - but unlike the "instant moisture gel" it's definitely not oil-free and packed with jojoba oil and shea butter + some alcohol (not ideal, dries out your skin). The lotion slightly irritated my face at first which went away after an hour... however in the morning my skin was dry and flaky. Not what I expected. I guess my skin doesn't like the natural ingredients and prefers an oil-free gel made out of quality silicone products. Hence I'll be sticking to their "instant moisture gel" in the future.Great product if you tolerate jojoba oils and shea butter.

Exactly what I was looking for - a single cream to apply at night that helps keep my skin moisturized. It's not runny but not too heavy and absorbs quickly. Sometimes in a pinch I use it in the mornings if I'm in a rush (normally like to use a serum and then an SPF-based cream for daytime use). No noticeable fragrance either. The best compliment I can give is that I keep re-ordering it.

I've been using this product for many years now and it's so sad to see the recent changes this company decided to make. They cheapened up this product and left it up to resellers to jack up the price for what use to be a really great product, now its a watered down, CHEAP version and the company did nothing to announce this to its customer base and continues to do nothing by not even making it available on their own website. It makes me feel like their just don't care for their customers. DO NOT BUY. there are better, cheaper options.

The products texture is different from what I remember, and it smells different.

WAY SMALL FOR THE PRICE, WORKS WELL

My husband has really sensitive skin and this helps along with a few other creams in the morning to keep the redness at bay. We've tried different things, but I think each skin type reacts differently. Haven't had a problem with it yet and he's used it for at least 3-4 years.

I've been using Lab Series twice a day for years. I'm very pleased by the results. The cost is mid-level but works better than more expensive moistures I have tried.
