Maximum hydration
I love this electrolyte mix because it comes in a variety of flavors, mixes easily with water, and isn't too sweet. They’re healthy, sugar-free, and packed with extra magnesium to give your body the essential minerals it needs. Personally, I prefer to mix them with sparkling water to get a “soda” effect. They’re convenient to use, and you can take them anywhere. My favorite is the iced tea + lemonade flavor.

Easy, tasty, portable, hydration solution!
Another delicious IQ product. The electrolyte powders taste phenomenal. Clean ingredients, refreshing, tasty and portable. I take the packets in my gym bag with my extra water bottle and mix it to drink right after my workout and sauna. It refreshes and hydrates me. Very handy for travel as well to stay hydrated between planes, hotels and rental cars.

I bought it a couple months back and I had to try it again love how has help me, the consistency the texture, it soluble easy the flavor it has help me with my appetite control my joints health. I can’t say something else more than it is great the money invested was worse it.

Love its not sugary at all
Really Like them so far only one I am not fond of the taste ( but that is personal) I actually use only 1/2 pack for a 16OZ and it is purrfect for me.. I just ordered more and this will be my drink of choice for my 17 days high heat rafting trip in Grand Canyon
