Cool California Sunshine Black Sunglasses Car Decor Antenna Topper Auto Accessory - Fits Thin Style Antenna

I out this on my walkie at work--so cute and makes my walkie easy to find!

These little antenna balls have been all around the state of Florida- along the Interstate as well- and refuse to become dislodged from their antenna. (I even took them through the machine car wash at least 4 times without a problem- and now the sun is even shinier!) Pretty cool!

Finally I can spot my car in a parking lot. I have a dark blue Prius as so do apparently 1 million other people and I was always having trouble finding my car. This little thing just adds a little something extra to narrow down my search. At first I thought it wasn't going to fit (the Prius has a fatter antenna) as the opening was way too small but I stuck it on top of a pencil and that stretched it out enough make it fit my car. I thought it had faded after a month but it turned out it just had gotten dirty from the rain and snow and when I washed it it became as good as new. I haven't run it through a car wash as others have said they have done because the Prius antenna screws off easily so I have been taking it down, just in case. (At that point I usually bring it in and wash it up myself in the sink before putting it back on.) I bought two (by mistake) but I'm glad I did because it will make a great present. Surprisingly durable and I LOVE it.

I bought this because it's sooo cute and I needed something to help me find my car in parking lots, LOL!!! Just hope no one steals it like my last really cute antenna ball (from Jack in the Box) that was taken while I was out shopping. I also like that it has a string attached to help keep it secure, hopefully that will discourage theft also.

Good product at a good price, packaged very nicely and arrived way ahead of time. Had it a while now so the color did fade on the top quite quickly but for a few bucks, no big deal. Only thing I can comment on is that the image used to show it does not show that there is a string attached to the top of the ball. I cut it off and am using it as an antennae topper, not an issue but would've been nice to get a true product picture. Aside from the string on the top, the topper looks exactly like the picture though so minor detail.

Bought this for my mother's birthday in August of 2011. Not only has it kept its original color (no sun fading or similar), but none of the rays or sunglasses have fallen off like I thought might. It occupies the cozy little spot on the top of the antenna all winter, too. Still going strong. Only downside is the little sun guy adds a little wind resistance to your antenna, so you'll notice he bends the antenna back a little at high speeds. Absolutely nowhere near damaging the antenna or the sun, though. Just something you'll notice and really don't need to worry about. Bought it as a joke item, but it ended up being a great way to find our car in the parking lot and a fun little reminder of how you wish the temperature would be while it's whiteout blizzard conditions outside.

It's cute. The elastic cord wasn't long enough to put it around my rear view mirror, but when it snapped out, I just glued it back in...twice so far.
