The media could not be loaded. I strongly recommend this Steamer. I have been using a steamer ever since I threw my iron away 5 years ago. The hose also stays fairly cool to touch all the way up and down. It doesn't matter you grab a little bit of the hose by the handle. I get my clothes done in the morning within few minutes. It heats up quick. Take a couple of minutes for it to heat up but I let it do that while I'm getting my clothes together. Tank is easy to fill, hoses disconnect from base easily for cleaning of the unit itself, and the whole unit is light and sturdy. The steam works perfect. It is very easy to use and convenient to keep in my little room. Just need to fill the water tank and turn on the machine then I could start to steam your clothes. No learning effort required. I use it for my shirts and it works very well.I would buy this again.

The Kotlie Steamer is made with quality, simple to use , lightweight, and easy to clean. I have recommended this to several of my siblings and friends.High-Quality: The steamer is very sturdy and has a good weight in your hand. The heating/steaming plate is ceramic and does not burn or stick to garments when being used. I like that the head is separate from the water tank, so I can steam iron my clothes that are still on hangers and my curtains without having to take them down. I have even taken the steamer to my parents home and steam-cleaned their sofa sectional. Have been using it for the past 5 weeks and the Kotlie Steamer is still in perfect condition.Simple to Use: Steam level/temperature is easy to adjust and heats up fast. Once you turn it on, it takes about 30 seconds to get hot and use. The ceramic head even swivels so you can get maximum coverage with each swipe across whatever your are ironing or cleaning (very convenient for larger items). The hose is long enough that I can leave the water tank on the floor and reach up to the top of my window curtains.Lightweight: The whole machine is only about 6 lbs when empty. Even with the water tank full, it is probably on 7 lbs - 8 lbs, not heavy to carry up the stairs. When actually using the Kotlie Steamer, you can leave the base / water tank on the floor, or flat surface, and just have to hold the ceramic head (very lightweight).Easy to Clean: All the parts are very sturdy and can be easily wiped down to clean. The water tank is removable from the base, so you can clean the insides.I highly recommend the Kotlie Steamer...10/10.

This is Trash. I’m sorry but this machine is not worth the money. It’s not really steaming. It’s suddenly gets really hot. You’re almost burn your hand and then it turns off and doesn’t steam anymore after like two minutes. Turns on again it functions like a cheap iron don’t waste your money.

I honestly didn't expect this to be so small and lightweight.Everything worked fine when testing it out, although it did take me some time to figure out where to put the water and there are other stuff that I don't know exactly what they do if anything.This should come with instructions, maybe it really doesn't need it, but this is just my 2 cents.Still a pretty good product, it's just gonna take some getting used to.

first time i used it, it did NOT work! then read the instructions as to what could be wrong with it. After emptying the water tank and running it through its clean cycle and then filling the water tank half full, it worked PERFECTLY! Good amount of steam. after all the iron/steaming is done, empty tank and run the steamer through its clean cycle before putting away. I don't usually let water sit in my regular iron and since it was a rough first start, i decided to always run it through its clean cycle. Last week, it wouldn't work! NO Steam at all. I thought OH NO, it broke and it was already pass the return date!!! Just like all the other negative reviews. I was mad and disappointed with this purchase. i forgot and had filled the water tank FULL and i think that's why it did NOT work. I repeated steps-empty tank, clean cycle, fill tank half way and it was working again. so this is quite a sensitive steamer. it steams really well so far and irons well too. the head isn't too heavy so there is less stress on my arms to steam clothes on hanger or iron clothes on iron board. i am happy it is still working otherwise it would be a lot of money down the drain. I hope after this posting this review, it will continue to work. I use steamer weekly for less than an hour but over 30 minutes. I used it four times so far.

Amazon delivered the item quickly. Streamer was in a thick bubble wrap inside the box and I really liked the way it was packaged.In the the box there was- garment streamer- a heat resistant glove- Instruction manual in English (easy to follow)The product looks nice and seems to be well built. The water tank is detachable from streamers base and can hold about 1 litre of water (about 4 cups). The base has control knob to turn the streamer on and it provides 4 levels - I, II, III and clean. The head has a stream switch and another switch to rotate it by 90 degrees which is convenient for vertical streaming. It worked well for both dry ironing and streaming.It does the job and do it pretty well. I would recommend this product.

I fell in love with this steamer to the extent I bought 3 of them. I normally hosts people in our home, so whenever they used this steamer they would speak very highly of it. So I bought the other steamers as gifts to the individuals (Gods servants) that liked.Unfortunately, my steamer stopped working after only one year of use. I reached out to the people I gave them as a gift and to my surprise theirs as well has stopped working.I'm very disappointed, and now back to scavenger hunting for a nice and durable steamer.I have been taking a good care of it but not sure what happened. When you turn it on its just making weird sounds.

Great product, very powerful, easy to operate

Although I have only used this iron twice I am impressed. I have had steam generator irons before and they were good, but the iron was still too heavy for me. This one is very light and easy to use. Does an excellent job even on cotton clothes that have been in my ironing basket for over two years. (With steam I didn’t need to rewash them again). I have a frozen shoulder which is why I haven’t done any ironing for so long but this generator iron means I can do a small amount of ironing at a time without too much trouble. The only drawback for me is removing the water tank because it’s quite hard to get out, but will probably loosen up a bit with use, also the iron tends to slip off the stand if not careful but I put on the iron stand on the ironing board where it fits well.
