The first package I got had a couple of pieces that were dead, but the return and exchange were easy and the new set worked perfectly.

Does what it’s supposed to do
If you need this piece of track, then there are few places to buy it from other than the Lionel website itself. I only use brand name Lionel track for my layout. I’m finding that the pieces are becoming very expensive, I think this is because Lionel only makes a limited number of pieces each year and with limited availability, sellers such as Amazon and hobby shops keep increasing the price to reflect demand. I’ve bought several Lionel items, including track, on Amazon over the past few years. The prices are rediculously high for a piece of plastic. I’ve stopped buying from Amazon because of the inflated prices. I will look elsewhere.

Adds functionality back to old train set
I upgraded my old track to the FASTTRACKS and this unit completes our setup so we can use the milk car again.
