A: yes.  the purse has a closure zipper and a zipper closure for one of the small inner pockets, too.

**Q: what is pvc? i'm looking at the black**
A: PVC is a synthetic material offering a variety of print design options.

**Q: For buyers of the Heart bag, are the straps leather?**
A: They seem to be leather.  The bag I received at Christmas stated that it is "Vegan Friendly" leather, which is supposed to be real leather treated in a vegan friendly fashion.  I have no complaints about the appearance or the function of the bag.  Mine is black with tan/brown straps.

A: All of our products are designed in-house by our creative team at our corporate office in Texas. The products are then manufactured in several countries in the Far East. This specific Rachet Tote has the country listed as‎ Cambodia.
