OmniBiotic's magnesium is superior to Metagenics in ingredients and potency without all the hype... this is an excellent up and coming company, and if you are interested in correcting your magnesium deficiency and desire to achieve better health for life, you should give this product a try . I will definitely be buying this product on a regularly... I exercise at least 5 days a week and this reduces muscle tension, and promotes a more restful sleep.. if you have a lot of calcium in your diet, it's practically a waste without a proper ratio of magnesium as well for adequate absorption.

I started taking a magnesium supplement because I was getting leg cramps at night even though I made sure I was thoroughly hydrated. I no longer experience any leg cramps. I feel their product is manufactured well and I love that I can get it on subscribe & save and get it delivered automatically without having to constantly reorder. I'm looking at several of Omnibiotics other products to replace other supplements I'm currently taking.
