Q: Has anyone tried to make a pizzookie in these? Is there room for ice cream?

I don't know what a pizzookie is but at 1 1/2" deep with slightly sloping sides you'll have to be the judge of that.

Q: I'm looking for a ramekin to bake individual custards in a bain marie. Will these discolour when baked in a water bath?

I would not expect them to. I have not actually tried. I used them for individual deep dish pizzas. The heat did not effect them whatsoever - quite high quality. I even reused some, but they were a little dented from washing them well and were not as pretty anymore.

Q: Would these work well for mini pies?

Yup, that's exactly what I used them for! They're fairly deep and don't have the same slant that a normal sized pie dish has but they still work well. I prepped crust and filling for one full sized pie and it was enough for 4-5 mini pies.

Q: How many ounces does this hold

There are 30ml in 1 ounce. This holds 215 ml. Divide 214/30 and you get 7.16 ounces. I used them to make mini pies for Thanksgiving. They were the perfect size fot that. Very sturdy as well.
