Not Very Useful
Not very useful, contains little-to-none either new or useable information on designing and/or characterizing class D amps. It appears to be someone's masters-level thesis, repackaged as a booklet.Basically it outlines the theory that one might use, in one approach, if one contemplated designing a small, efficient (hearing aid) amplifier. It is presented reasonably clearly, but no discussiomn of real-implementation considerations. No working knowledge is actually gained since the item is never built, and of course, no characterization data or even discussion of measurement or of obtaining characterization data is attempted. Same for technology limitations. Superficial, theory- and simulations-only.Some confusion exists in the illustrations, but overall you can read this book in two-three sittings: The question is why would you, it just isn't very instructive.
