It was meant to be used with car seats but I used it with a gaming chair to improve ergonomics and comfort. It did just that, it removed all neck fatigue and is quite comfortable. Not too hard or soft. I recommend this.

The build quality is fine and it stays in place well, but the cushion is a bit too hard for my liking. Would’ve preferred it to be softer and more comfortable for long use.

Good to use in my car and my office chair, it's really comfortable and the cushion is amazing, Very good support for the neck decreases neck stiffness while long driving, and also Very comfortable but you have to choose the perfect chair to fit this pillow.

This pillow is amazing and it provides absolute comfort to my neck. During long hours of driving you must carry this thing. It comes in a nice bag which makes it easy to carry as well.
