A: Green tea is good for you but I don't think this tea is for loosing weight.  Oolong and Pu-reh teas help boost metabolism.

A: The loose tea leaves were in the small mesh pyramid to be submerged in the hot water to be steeped, and each of the pyramid was not individually wrapped. Once you open the plastic bag inside the box, all the pyramids were naked.
