This arrives really nicely presented in a cardboard box with a printed slide off cover measuring approx 36cm x 11cm x 5.5cm.When you slide the inner box out it has no front so you immediately see the hair straighteners encased in bubble wrap.The inner box has a black background with hair/beauty related images in silver all over it & looks lovely.It would be very easy to wrap & make a good gift for someone who is good with touch control straighteners.This comes with a decent lead & a 3 pin plug.The lead has a Velcro tie to keep it under control when not in use which is sewn onto the lead so you won't lose it.Everything looks good & under the cardboard you will even find a set of instructions which include the recommended temperature settings for each hair type.This has a small lock at the end near the hinge which you need to pull back so you can open the plates on the straighteners.I am not a fan of touch control straighteners although this is better than most.This has a swipe to unlock feature so that while you are using it you have to swipe to unlock the other touch controls.In theory that's great, in practice as one whole side of the whole handle is the touch controls it's really easy to accidentally unlock it without even seeing & either turn the temperature up or down without knowing.This heats up VERY fast so if you meant to use the lowest setting but you've turned it up to a higher one you can do damage before you've even realised it.If you travel, this does not come with a case & you'll need a heat mat to rest it on to cool down.While it's very fast to heat up, it cools down slowly like all the others.For this price I'd expect at least a bag to put it in for when it's not in use & as I had problems with the touch controls I don't feel I can give this more than 4 stars.If there were half stars I'd go for 3.5.

I only had these straighteners for a week and now it doesn’t work all of a sudden

The hair straightener came in a neatly packaged box. It was safe and secure in transit.I haven't used a touch panel hair straightener before. So was kind of eager to use it. The operations were simple - swipe the place where it says to unlock. Increase or decrease the temperature as you wish and then it gets locked on its own. The touch panel was almost the same area where we hold the straightener. Even though, it's locked sometimes the temperature is changing without noticing by our hand movements I think. So I don't think it's a good idea to have the heat control at the place you hold. I have to just check each and every time I use it. I think the design can be improved.The blades are smooth and broad enough to straighten your hair. The heating works well as I expected. I didn't like the idea of touch heat control and holding at the same place.

When i bought it. I didn t think it will last. But here i am after a few months still using it every day! Great price tag too
