Why is this still for sale? You said you’d take it off after mine burnt holes in my carpet and would have caused a fire if I hadn’t been in the room to smell the smoke and unplug it immediately. The attached video shows the hole underneath and smoke coming from it after the initial bang. The photo shows that it is this bed (sold by this company) and a few spots of the burnt carpet underneath.

Beware that the product is 120 volt, so you can't plug it in outside North America - which is pretty pointless

Completely dumbfounded that this was available for UK buyers when it has an American outlet and you can burn your house down if you don't use a transformer to convert the voltage. So disappointed! Do not buy if not in US.

I own 2 of these beds and my cats love them so much. The first one was bought 2 years ago for my rescued female cat who like small bed and to sleep on heated surface (like my laptop, etc). I bought it based on recommendation from a youtube video comparing this bed to other one... From the moment she discovered it, she was completely in love with the bed, sleeping in it every day, it became her favourite nap spot until 6 months ago when my older male cat, who never had any interested in the heated bed discovered it and started to sleep all the time in it leaving my female with no heated bed to sleep in anymore... So I bought a 2nd one... Now that I have a 3rd rescue cat, he recently discovered the heated bed as well and I fear that I might need to get another one for him I'm sure my cat would be eternally grateful if K&H was sending him a free heated bed as well to enjoy ;) These pet bed are 100% worth the price. They are heating just enough for the cat to be comfortable with no risk of heat burn to the cat. They take a few hours to really reach the temperature when first plugged in, but you don't have to unplugged them ever after (both have been plugged for months/years without issues). I also like that the company sale replacement heating pad on amazon if one stop working, you don't have to buy a complete new bed. (I did not need to replace them yet but I'm happy to know that it will be possible if it ever happen). My cats also seems to enjoy the high wall and how big the large model are... They can roll on their back in the bed with no of rolling out of the it. Each bed could easil acommodate 2 cats who love to cuddles together (unlike mine). I am also extremely impress by the quality of the beds, after 2 years of constant use, fabrics is not showing any damage at all and surprisingly still look like it's new... The pillow at the bottom of the bed did flatten quite a bit after some time, but you just need to wash the bed in the washing machine and put it in the dryer at low heat to fluff it up back and it's like brand new. It's extremely easy to wash, just need to unzip the bottom, remove the long side foam and the heat pad and throw the bed in the washing machine. I do recommend this bed to every cat owner!

Le tuve que poner un poco de catnip para que se acercara pero ahora que descubrió que esta caliente no hay forma de sacarlo. No se siente caliente como tal pero si tibio.
