Saludos, el producto publicado incluye el candado?

Si seleccionas la opcion que trae todo si, el que trae 1 anchor plate mas el candado, el que dice 8 solo es el anchor. Espero te ayude

Will the adhesive work on wood?

It is a 3M adhesive. I imagine that it would stick to wood.

What is the depth of the anchor plate? I need it for a laptop but don't want to significantly change the thickness of the laptop.

Probably 1/4" or less. I use mine on the lid to keep the underside level. It will not interfere with a case.

Will this work on a dell xps13 and dell 15 7000? who is the seller of this item?

No, this laptop lock is not compatible with the Dell XPS 13 and dell 15 7000. But the I3C brand's product ASIN: B0BWHYLZ18, is compatible with the Dell XPS 13 and dell 15 7000.
