Still Standing!
My landscaper was able to assemble this in just a matter of an hour! We were impressed with the quality of material and finish. One bit of advice, I wish I had painted the pieces prior to construction, however it has aged nicely so no regrets. No missing parts and it was a considerable value compared to local garden shops.

Easy assembly and easy to stain
Using pre-drilled pieces made assembly quick and easy. Stained and sealed all pieces before assembly to mitigate weathering. Good value. Very sturdy. Did use ground anchors to counter winds.

I hope you have tools
It took 2 hours to put together by myself (40f). It's gorgeous but was quite a task, as only about half the holes were predrilled. I recommend a power screw driver, a socket wrench, rubber mallet, measuring tape, square with measurements, a pencil, and a drill. There are no anchors so my next task is to pour some concrete footers, move the arbor to its final location, and anchor it in place over my walkway. Assemble in place if you don't have a 2nd set of hands to help move the assembled arbor, as it's quite bulky once put together. It's very solid and I have no concerns about it lasting a few decades.

Beautiful arbor
The instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. As a result, we had pieces left over, but I think the arbor looks great despite that, and our grapes seem to love it. I mounted solar LED Japanese lanterns on it as you can see from the picture.

It comes raw wood and requires sanding
I don't write many reviews, but in this case, for the price point, I thought it only right to let others know what they are getting. What I like: The wood is a simple mix of 2x2s, 2x3s, 2x4s and 2 arch pieces that look like they were shaped from 2-2x6s. The pieces are flat and straight, so it's good quality raw lumber. There are some split ends and some dents/dings...but that is to be expected. If you want absolute perfection, this is not the product for you. I find the imperfections accepatble from a materials standpoint, and like the rusticness of it.What I don't like: For the price point of this product, I was a bit disappointed that the pieces were not pre-sanded to a point I could simply just start assembling. I'm handy and have the right finishing sanders and know how for the job, but again, for the price of the product and the time it took to sand all the pieces before assembly, I was disappointed. I could have gone to a good lumberyard and got the same quality and cut the pieces myself for less than half the cost and just a little more time.Summary: I don't have it put together yet (still putting 15 yr Solid Color Waterproofiing Stain and Sealer on it (which holds up fantastic to the heavy UV we get with the yard being south facing), but the parts are solid with predrilled holes and decent instructions. Not sure I would buy this again for the $ and effort. There are lots of free plans that are available and for the same price could have built 2. But, for those of you that are looking for a decent quality kit, this is one of the best you will find.

Beautiful accent to our Gardin
The instructions could have been a little more clear but we got through it ok. Our youngest son is getting married, and the ceremony will be in our back yard. Him and hid Bride will walk and take a few photos under it.

Sturdy and smells great!
The media could not be loaded. Built this to brighten up our hurricane (Ian) ravaged yard. We replaced all of the hardware with stainless steel because we are right on the water. We also added a cedar tinted water seal. Stabilizing it was a brain drain, but we finally ended up attaching four 3 foot metal rods (via Amazon) to the base and pounded them in before screwing them to the legs. Attached some bougainvillea to the lattice work and voila! Very happy with the results. We'll see how it weathers the next storm...

We are very pleased with this well-made and sturdy arbor!
This arbor replaces one that we had for at least 15 years. This is much sturdier, for example, the slats on the side for the vines to climb on our much thicker. Very pleased with this. We found it easy to put together but it does take at least a couple of hours if not three.
