Ordered several trying to stash myKey safely while surfing. This is the onlyOne that my giant Toyota fob would fit in and actually close! Yay! Loving it!

I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. The IRON LOCK has a reassuring heft to it, is very easy to set up with a code, and offers substantial capacity for many keys. We are able to include house keys, keys to both cars, also keys to our small trailer. and hitch lock.We decided to add a lockbox as part of our household emergency preparedness, imagining that we won't be able to find our keys if we have to run out of the house during an earthquake. This will be useful for many other occasions as well, as they arise. It's a relatively inexpensive way to secure extra keys on the property. Sure beats hiding a key under a rock! I also appreciate that the company included a business card asking for an honest review. Nice work!Followup to this review of a year ago. Although we ran into a problem with our Iron Lock recently - the mechanism jammed and it could not be opened - I still give this company top grades. We could not reach the company, so Amazon agreed to refund our money and sent a mailing label. We did then make contact with Revivo and with no further ado, they offered to mail a replacement. It arrived within a week. Since we have a new functioning lockbox, we don't need a refund and will not be returning the faulty lock. Impressive customer service by Amazon and Revivo, and Revivo clearly stands by its products and lifetime warranty. High points to both from this satisfied customer.

Received product today, then realized very shortly after opening and examining that I would have to return it.Appears durable as stated in reviews. A reviewer also stated how easy it is to change the manufacturer code. Well that person was absolutely correct. But what they (and all the other reviewers) neglected to also mention is that the (new) code can subsequently be changed by anyone else, upon opening to retrieve the key. That is because code reset button is visible and easily accessible to all who enter it. That was the deal breaker for me. I also couldn't figure out how to remove/reopen the shackle. I tried going online to their site from the info provided on the business cards provided in package. Their site is down. Not a very good first impression with their product.It is going back.

The Iron Key Lock Box is made from high quality materials and feels solid to the touch. Good craftsmanship is evident throughout, with well-machined parts and close tolerances. Setting a personal combination is a snap, and the process is easy enough to remember going forward if needing to reset the combo in the future. The overall dimensions actually are 3-3/4" tall, 4-1/2" wide, and 1-1/2" thick, allowing it to fit handily on the outer door (see picture of Iron Lock with canine backup). The lock box itself is easy to grasp and to operate when removing the key (or keys) from inside. A handy plastic hook (with sticky back) can be placed anywhere on the inside of the lock box that suits your needs. Overall, I rate this product an A+ or 10/10 for design, quality, and ease of use.

This lockbox is exactly what I've needed for windsurfing and SUPing. I can't carry my car keys anywhere they'd get wet (like on me) and "hiding" them in my car's wheel well or in a beach towel always worried me. Another issue was the size of my car key/fob... 3.75" x 1.5" x 0.5", which this box handles with ease. Now I just loop the cable around the exterior car door handle, lock the door and problem solved... regardless of how wet I get or how long the sesh. Wish I would have looked this up years ago.BTW, the internal metal box is encased in a plastic shell, so no worries about scratching your car's finish.And, I didn't give the box a 5 for weatherproof because it's not yet been in that situation... but it seems tight enough.

The directions could have included how to unlock the door hook, but we figured it out. The lock is AWESOME! We are using it for a spare key to our house. Great quality and I love the fact that it has a sliding door over the numbers to protect them from the elements

We are having work done at our house and while this is happening we are living somewhere else. In order to let the various workpeople in the house, the contractor put up a lockbox. His was flimsy and difficult to open. When someone could not get it open they broke it. The contractor did not see a problem with our house keys just hanging out there so I ordered this one.There have been no problems accessing the keys, there is enough need for precision to keep the keys safe, and it is durable. I cannot speak as to weatherproof because they are kept under a covered porch.

We bought this when we were doing construction to keep a few keys and it worked really well. Despite being used several times a day or never have us any problems with the lock, door, etc. The code is very easy to reset and the box holds several keys... We kept 3 all with tags on them but there was more room if we wanted we could have for 1-2 more. I would very easily recommend this item.

This exceptionally sturdy lock box is impervious to weather conditions and fits every type of door knob or handle.
