These ended up being a really good purchase. I needed steel toe boots for work as my redwings gave out after almost a year of use. I normally get a slip on boot but when I was shopping around I came across these and decided to try something new. I work as a welder in the automotive testing industry and found that these were lightweight and actually comfortable to stand in all day. The fit was great and they have turned out to be really durable. I've had these a little over a year now and the sole is still in good shape, the stitching and leather are in great shape as well. I wear these daily, and would buy another pair in the future. If you are hard on your work boots and are looking for comfort and quality for the price you should give these a try!

I bought these in August of 2021, mainly for motorcycle riding. The price was great, and they looked good and had decent reviews so I thought I'd take a chance on them. I normally wear an 11.5, but when these arrived they felt a little big so I sent them back for an 11 which fit better. I wore them mostly casually on the motorcycle, and for light work. Last March (2024) I started a job where I'm doing a lot more physical work/walking in a bulk landscaping supply yard, and I'm frequently walking on large to small rock piles, and just walking around the large yard, and up and down off of equipment. These boots have always been comfortable, and held up to a lot of abuse until finally the threads on one boot gave out on the side, plus the soles were getting really worn and ready to come off. I decided to take them to a boot repair place to see if he could stitch them and maybe just put new soles or whatever, but it would have cost me $100 to do so, so I'm just going to order another new pair for almost half that price. The shoe repair person noted that they were a good quality boot and was surprised at the price I paid. I'm hoping that the ones I just reordered will serve me as well, and even if they only last a year or two under hard conditions, it's hard to beat that price, especially for steel toe!

In my opinion, these are the best boots for those who work in landscaping or homeowners doing yard work! I purchased two pairs of these boots last year for my lawn care business. They are very comfortable and fit my wide foot perfectly. They also are pliable enough to stretch as you were them to contour to your feet. I love the exterior toughness also, it comes in handy when the weed trimmer hits your foot while trimming and only scars the leather. These are also steel toe boots so it protects you when tools are dropped and hit your toe. I will further break down the product into PROS and CONS. PROS: Full grain leather, moc toe, safety work boots Goodyear welt is a strip of leather that is sewn around the bottom edge of a shoe, attached to both the insole and the upper. Arch of these boots is equipped with a steel shank, which offers rigidity, the best arch support, foot protection and avoids flat feet. The padded collar & tongue provides added cushioning and comfort choice, while ankle support offers all-day ankle stability. Removable PU insole and EVA midsole for extra anti-fatigue and excellent shock absorption effects. Rubber outsole abrasion, slip & heat resistance, protective toe impact & compression resistance and electric hazard resistance; mesh lining offers insulation to keep feet warm and wicks moisture and sweat in hot work days. CONS: Soles are not as sturdy and will peel at the heel after around 6 months of daily wear Even with the issues with the sole peeling I still highly recommend these boots. I have purchased over six pairs of other brand boots and none of them have the comfort and wearability of this brand. So I came back to only purchase these boots for future wear! Hopefully this saved you time and money on future purchases!

Love the boots. 100% Comfort right out of the box. I bought the steel toe version. Disclosure, I’m no mechanic, plumber, construction worker, or craftsman, etc. so if you’re putting in that kind of work and time on your feet, I don’t know. It’d be great for one of those pro’s to buy these and put these boots thru those paces and write a review, you know, for the good of humanity. I’m a musician who rides motorcycles a lot, does some little stuff around the house, goofs off in the garage moving crap around, and who likes comfort. I’ve only worn them a few times for motorcycle riding (800+ miles over the last 2 days and the boots were definitely comfortable the whole time. 100%!). I just bought them so I can’t speak on durability just yet. I really like them so I hope they hold up. Only time will tell but for the other great reviews and being around $60, it was definitely worth a try. If they hold up over the next several months and at this price point, I’ll buy the other colors too and have 3 different colors for half the price of one pair of Thorogood’s/Red Wings/Danner’s, White’s, etc., (who all also make great hardcore boots so definitely no knock against those fantastic brands!) I’m just talking comfort & price points and hopefully some decent durability. Now, for fit, order a half size smaller, unless you have wide feet or bigger toes. The steel toes do run roomy in the toe area. I wear a 10.5 in Adidas shelltoes, Adidas running/sneakers, and a 10.5 in Nike running/sneakers. I originally ordered a 10.5 in this boot and returned them (which was super easy as well) for size 10 and the 10’s fit me perfect but still with room in the steel toe area!!! I don’t have skinny feet or wide feet, just average. Again, definitely comfortable out of the box and definitely worth a try at this price, and I really hope they last and not fall apart. If they don’t hold up over the next few months or I see some bs, I’ll refresh this review for sure.

Awesome Price! Comfortable Boot

Let me start by saying that the boots looked great. The leather was soft, speed hooks and laces were really good as well. The sole wasn't the same as the one that is shown in the description which I think was a bit soft and seems to wear down a bit quicker. I wish that I would have gotten the other one. But my left foot is the one that suffered the most. It has a lip on the heel guard that dug into the back of my foot that was just agonizing which made me walk a bit different. I don't know if this was the reason why it ached at the end day. The wear on these boots is just one week worth of use in a warehouse environment 10-14 hrs of wearing them.

To be fair, they were quite stiff and uncomfortable my first day wearing. But after I broke them in, I'm more than satisfied. These shoes turned out to be VERY comfortable. They offer great protection both in and outside at construction sites. I installed inserts by Dr. Shoals and that did the trick. I have sort of narrow feet, so while the length was right, the width was a problem for me. The inserts solved that issue quite well. Also, I was able to try the shoes for a week before deciding to keep, so I figured I had nothing to lose if they didn't work out. The lifetime warranty is quite nice as well. I'll be looking to buy these again in the future, should the need arise. These shoes are highly recommended by me. Lastly, the price was more than fair compared to name brand competition. Little more than a year later and still going strong. The only issue I've seen to this point is that the sole can become slightly detached, especially in the back due to getting caught on ladder rungs. Otherwise, the rest of my review still stands.
