They are great for snow. I do not know anything about snow shoeing. Sorry. But they are very comfortable.

Q: The weight of the boot are they heavy or light?

I would say they are a comfortable weight. Feel substantial, but don’t feel heavy on my feet. I walk about 4 miles several days a week and I’m never thinking ‘man these boots are heavy’.
