Great Condition after many years and many gigs
I've use this to carry my cajon around for many years now. It is in perfect shape and works perfectly. Nice handle!

Excellent value (for carrying boardgames)
This is a great bag for boardgames. It's not quite perfect, but it gets 5 stars because it is such a good value for the price. As others have said, the roughly 12x12 interior dimensions are perfect for many boardgames. There is a bit of padding all around, so with a little care, your boxes should be safe. Similarly, while not waterproof, I wouldn't be afraid to have it out for a short walk in a light rain. The front opens all the way, for very easy access. The zippers, top handle, and general construction appear quite solid. As others have said, it was probably only designed to hold a lightweight (hollow) drum, but I have loaded it up with several fairly heavy games (weighing about 20 pounds), and it has been fine so far.The main reason I got it was to use as a backpack, since I walk about 10 minutes each way to a local gaming event. The shoulder straps are...adequate. They are thin, constructed of nylon, with rubber sleeves to try to slightly protect your shoulders. That all works OK, but the flaw is at the bottom: The straps are not attached at the outer edges of the bag. They are inset a couple inches, which result in them kind of pinching my back. It's not bad, and I can still make it the 10 minutes without problems, but it could be better. With only the weight of a drum, it probably wouldn't be a problem at all.The backpack also sticks out much farther than a normal backpack (since it holds more), so be careful when you are turning around, to be sure you don't hit anything (or anyone). I wish it had a couple pockets or pouches.

Perfect for Board Games
I bought this to cart around board games. The square shape is absolutely perfect for the standard modern square board game, and assuming a somewhat standard box height along the lines of Dominion, Cosmic Encounter, or Dune, you can easily cram about 6 or 7 in there. Will also fit other shapes if you can Tetris them together well enough. The straps are not the most comfortable if you're carrying the bag a long way, so be warned that you may want more padding unless you can deal with straps digging into your shoulder. As for durability, I've had mine for about 7 years now, and it's only been in the last year that some of the structural integrity of the bag has started to wane. It'll still probably last me another year or so, and then I'll probably replace it with another of the same brand. I did know a guy whose bag ripped fairly early into his use of it, but on average, still a great board game tote for the price.

Decent Boardgame Bag even though it wasn't made to be one.
I use this for my boardgames when I travel to my family's home or relatives' homes for the holidays. It can carry a good amount of normal sized games (picture the average game created by Days of Wonder). The only problems I see with this as a boardgame bag is that it can't carry rectangular-shaped games properly and the material is thinner than I would like. When I fill it up I sometimes get the feeling the straps will break dropping all my games into a miserable mess of broken plastic and cardboard. Yikes! Overall, if you do plan to purchase this, you're still going to get your money's worth; just be careful not to fully stuff the bag and carrying it for long distances (especially with higher-priced board games).

Excellent for board games
Cajon owners beware, the board gamers have found your Cajon bags, and we love them. The inside dimensions of this bag are perfect for most square box board games - FFG living card games, Dominion, Ticket To Ride, and everything else with sub-12 inch sides. The carrying handle on the top is fairly sufficient for toting around 6+ board games to your convention or game night. The backpack straps are also useful. The padding is thick enough to protect your precious cargo from most dents and dings - is not stopping a blunt force trauma from punching a hole into Alchemists, but it does well enough stopping a bump on a table edge. You may consider other items here on Amazon for lesser concerning situations - I'm using firewood/ log carrying cases that fit 10 or more vertically. The cost on those is about half, but they provide much less protection, and are not fully enclosed. Overall, the Cajon bag gives a decent measure of protection with the convenience of top carry and backpack straps. I would NOT overload this with ultra heavy games and depend on the straps, however. I am not sure precisely how much a Cajon weighs, but I'm guessing the inside of that box is nearly all air, so boxes filled with cardboard really weigh a lot more. Use it carefully, and it will last a long while. Maybe you'll even pick up a Cajon and start a band to support your board game addiction!

Fits my large cajon perfectly
I bought a large cajon for my studio, but sometimes we like to take it out to acoustic gatherings. I was really afraid it was going to get banged up, marring the beautiful finish. This cover caught my eye as a very good value, and it is! It fits my cajon perfectly, and I love that it has shoulder straps in addition to the carrying handle. There's a fairly large pocket in front to stow sticks, gloves, music, etc...to be sure, it's not a hard case, so it won't be protected against hard knocks, but it sure makes it easier to carry, and guards against scrapes and general bumps and jostling.Stitching is consistent and secure throughout the case.Definitely recommended!
