Accurate heart rate monitor
At the onset, let me state that I did have an Apple Watch Serie 7, a Sigma-93811 non-coded chest-strap and a Sunding SD-520 Bluetooth chest-strap (all of which can monitor the heart rate) before I bought this Flexnest chest-strap. Thus, I had reasonable benchmarks to compare the Flexnest with. I also did some research on the other brands available, including the chest-strap being sold at the local Decathlon stores.I have tachycardia, and both my resting heart-beat and that while exercising remain higher than normal. When I moderately exercise on my exercycle or treadmill, my heart beat gets into the 160-170 BPM range, and being aged nearly 53, I needed to be careful about my heart rate. While exercising, I do not concentrate on the calories burnt or distance covered, but rather try to maintain the maximum allowable heart beat for about half an hour (200 subtracted by my age = about 147). That's how I needed a gadget that could very accurately measure and display my heart rate on a continuous basis during exercise. My exercycle and my treadmill, both have heart rate sensors. But they are highly inaccurate and unreliable. The Apple watch is somewhat accurate, but looking continuously at the Apple watch while exercising is not feasible. The Sigma non-coded chest-strap does not work with the modern Bluetooth based Apps on my iPad / Android tablet, though it can transmit the heart-rate to my exercycle which has non-coded wireless heart-rate sensor. The Sunding chest-strap was okay, but was temperamental in Bluetooth pairing. With respect to the specific app called 'Heart Buddy' that I use on my iPad, Flexnest strap pairs with it in just over a second, and thereafter provides me continuous display of heart rate throughout the exercise session on my iPad. On the App, I could set alarms to warn me about heart-rate rising beyond the allowable maximum. So far, it has been a delight, and I am completely happy with it.

Erroneous HR data
HRM started giving erroneous HR readings since a month right after warranty period is over. Tried changing to new battery etc. but nothing worked. Not a reliable HRM.

Very good budget heart rate monitor.
Compared to other company devices this is equally accurate for that price point. It doesn't give any other metrics like garmin but does its job well.

Waste of money no utility works only with strava app which is paid
The device fails to connect. It's crap waste of money. It won't work with the normal flex nest app it requires another app called strava which is a paid app. So there is no use of this product. Stop fooling people.

Doesnt work
You need app Flexnest to pair up with device. But the app has no feature of FlexMonitor. Even their catalogues and instruction manual have no mention of FlexMonitor. Flex monitor is only for saleWated couple of hour figuring out , but have given up
