It does, but I only used it a couple of times and then no more would come out of the can.

this is a dry shampoo - i really don’t think it would help dandruff

Yes, I have blonde hair and it’s great. I think it would be quite noticeable on dark hair so would need lots of brushing out the next day but in blonde hair you can’t see it.
