Review: Worked Really Well at Outdoor Events - This thing actually works great. We started using it during outdoor markets and it made a noticeable difference with mosquitoes. Normally I get bitten constantly when we’re outside for long periods of time, but with this running nearby it helped a lot. It’s also really easy to set up and convenient to bring along. We’ve used it at markets, sitting outside at home, and other outdoor events and have been really happy with it. It’s become one of those things we always make sure to bring with us now.
Review: Dog chewed and still works - my dog chewed on this the day after I got it. It was not on and he just broke somee of the plastic tabs and it still functions! It lights really easily, about two clicks and keeps the area but free. This is the 3rd thermacell I have bought and have really liked each one. I love that you can tuck extra refills up underneath so its super portable.

A: Check through the view window on the side of the repeller. When the repeller is working, there will be an orange glow inside the view window.

A: The blue mat should be replaced once it turns completely white. Sometimes environmental factors may cause the mat to appear white before reaching the 4-hour usage mark. In such cases, you may continue using the mat for up to 4 hours of continuous use

**Q: Can I leave the repeller out in the rain?**
A: To maintain best repeller performance, bring your repeller indoors during rain. If it does get exposed to rain, make sure it is completely dry before using gain.

**Q: Can I fly with the repeller or refills?**
A: The butane in the fuel cartridge cannot be taken on airplanes. We suggest that you bring your Thermacell repeller and mats with you, and purchase the fuel cartridges at your destination. All our rechargeable repellers can be taken on airplane.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good concept and works pretty well

I was actually pretty impressed with how fast this started working and how much it helped keep the mosquitoes away around the patio. It was easy to set up, and we definately noticed fewer bugs after a short time. It works well for just hanging outside at dusk without getting eaten alive. The only real downside is that the replacement refills are kind of pricey and can get expensive if you use it a lot. Overall though, I'm happy with it and would still recommend it for outdoor use.
