Does not practically fit Cremina
This basket does not fit the Cremina grouphead when placed on it directly from below. You have to approach the grouphead at an angle and work it in. The same goes for removing it. Pulling it straight downwards does not work. Now, imagine having to do this while the basket is in a portafilter. I have a coffee sensor bottomless portafilter and in order to achieve the required angle to fit the basket into the grouphead, the basket has to be inserted halfway into the portafilter. Then once on the grouphead, the portafilter has to be pressed upwards to seat the basket before it can be locked in. It's quite the challenge to complete this procedure one handed while using the other hand to hold the piston lever at the halfway point. The 5 star rating is because it is a high quality item like all IMS products and because they do not officially advertise this basket as compatible with the Cremina. Perhaps it works great with the La Pavoni.

Beautiful basket, doesn't fit grouphead for 67' Cremina *Updated Review*
Coffee basket came quickly, was very well made and fits my Richard Penney bottomless portafilter perfectly, but the height of the lip of the basket is enough that it will not fit into the grouphead of my 67' (83' actual year) Olympia Cremina. Olympia cremina's in that year take a 49mm basket, which this is, but I can already tell i'm going to have to modify this basket just to get a proper fit, hence 3 stars.Update:I've since obtained a Gábor Laczkó "Naked" portafilter which has a more narrow profile that fits this basket (very tightly, even with spring removed from portafilter) and also works with the grouphead of my 67' (83 year) Cremina perfectly, with one caveat and that is the basket is long enough that it hangs past the bottom of the portafilter. I've updated my review to 5 stars.

Fits my Olympia Cremina
It takes a bit of a push, but it does fit in my naked portafilter. The lip is taller, which makes a tighter fit against the portafilter gasket (this is a good thing). The bigger capacity lets me experiment with the radial distribution of coffee grounds in an effort to reduce the donut effect.

Perfect fit with 49mm naked portafilter
I have a La Cara (Pre-Millenium La Pavoni) with a 49mm naked portafilter. The basket fits snugly.

Significant upgrade for Pre-Millenium
The allotment for increased volume of ground espresso greatly intensifies shot strength. The larger amount of grinds allows you to play with extraction times and get a much different result as you would with the standard portafilter basket. However, a bottomless portafilter is required for use.

Does not fit
Technically, it fits the pre-millenium europiccola porta filter, but the port filter will no longer fit the group head. Nicely finished, looks great. Totally useless.
