I've ordered the sovereign duo twice. The first set wouldn't hold a charge more than 5 minutes even when left in the case overnight. The second set seemed to work for a while, but by the third time I used them the left one was not charged and will not charge at all. I bought them because of their NR property, but for this price they should actually work.UPDATE: Vendor helped me resolve the issue (both pair of earbuds work now) and also issued a full refund.

The electronics are too large to fit in my ear, and the sizes of tips designed for NRR are very limited. The combination means I can't get a good seal in my right ear. Left one's better, but I don't want to protect just half of my hearing.

I purchased these to serve as dual purpose . I use them to help cancel noise at work as I am a diesel technician by trade and the environments I work on can be extremely noisy and I also use these at the gym . At work they do a really good job at lowering the surrounding noise and it allows me to continually learn as I prefer to listen to training and financial podcasts . They really shine for me at the gym as I can just about drowned out the music that is blaring in the facility . These provide an excellent range of volume and the battery life is better than any other previous pair I have owned ( 4th different ones I've tried ) . Overall I am very happy with this purchase !

This product arrived to my home in Thailand. As I have been using Plugfone Liberates for several years and been extremely happy with them, I was looking forward to experience their new product. Everything looked good when I opened the package. When I went to use them, 3 of the 4 earbuds have defective control buttons that do not work at all. As I went to return them, because of the lithium ion batteries, I cannot return ship via regular mail. I went to DHL which can handle the shipping of this item but the cost to ship is about half the cost to buy but I will only be refunded about 25% of the return costs. I have contacted this seller and explained this to them to which they replied that I must return them to get a refund. This is a very defective piece of garbage which the seller is unwilling to work with the customer to right the wrong I have suffered. I would not recommend buying this product or dealing with this seller. I will try to resolve this issue through Amazon customer service instead.

These earplugs do a great job blocking noise. I can run power tools or do some hammering and know that my hearing is protected. They also come with 2 pairs of earplugs, so you can wear one pair while charging the other. The sound quality is not great - music is audible but sounds muffled. But then, you’re not buying these for studio sound quality, are you?

They are comfortable and work very well the only complaint I would have is that my red pair only charges up to 90% so on the days I start with those is usually the only day that the same pair won't last the whole 10 hour shift

I had reservations about spending the money on earphones. Conveniently, they arrived a few days before the blizzard that just hit the Northeast. They worked great while I was using my snowblower and I was able to actually hear my music over the machine which was a nice change of pace from my current buds. The sound quality is outstanding in my opinion. Final note; I always have had a hard time with ear buds staying in my ear. My left ear, for whatever reason, the bud has always fallen out. Not with these which alone is worth the price. Absolutely would purchase again!

I received the headset today and returning tomorrow, two reasons; most importantly is the sound quality, secondly, what was most important was a headset that could use earplug type ear inserts as they are the best When watching a movie and silence is golden, these have this, but in order to place back in charging case you will have to remove them in order to close the case, overall the case and headset don’t appear to be sturdy, both very lightweight which in most cases indicate a thinner cheaper plastic, and as others noted, the voice prompts are very loud, not in itself a reason to return though.
