This product is not what I expected. First off- the directions are photos only. The markings on each piece of wood are either very light, not there or double labeled - with different parts! There’s nothing on the instructions to tell you to leave it loose and put in other part before tightening, this is happened multiple times, especially when trying to fit in the shelves. See all my photos. The paint on the wood is terrible throughout. There are areas of scratches, dent wood, not painted and flexed. When hand tightening bolts, one completely broke and is now stuck inside the bed frame. Whoever pre-drilled the holes drilled them too deep so when we put in the screw, it comes out of the other side of the shelf. This has happened on every single shelf and we had to back it up, not allowing for a firm, tight hold. I’m sure this won’t be the last of the issues as we haven’t even finished building the bed yet. My husband is going to have to put L brackets all over to make sure the bed is sturdy. Terrible production of these parts.

Likes- looks nice and is sturdy once assembled.Dislikes- pieces aren’t all stamped with letters for assembly, paint comes chipped and dinged.

Terrible product. Half the parts are wrong parts. Some parts are not labeled. Directions are not illustrated and written well. Parts of the wood were not fully drilled. I’ve had an easier time putting together furniture that had a guide written in French.
