Clif Bar Crunch Peanut Butter for me are TOTALLY AWESOME!! I have major food allergies and cannot eat grains in anything but miniscule quantities. No yummy bowls of cereal, oatmeal, cream of wheat, pancakes you're getting the pittiful idea. Throw in, no dairy, and no nuts except limited peanuts and you have a Clif Bar. For some reason, as long as I limit myself to 2-3 per week I tolerate these well. No hives/rash/itching, my throat doesn't shut down and my GI stays happy. They give me nice energy, taste like desert and satisfy that "I want some bread" urge only because they are dense and chewy. They don't have the high protien that some bars have, but they don't have the same junk those same bars have either, no dairy, no high fructose corn syrup, no fake sugar alcohols. Your body knows what to do with real sugar and single fats, it does not know what to do with fake sugars and fats any good nutritionist will tell you that. So, for a gal that doesn't have a lot of food choices, I am really grateful for these bars, this is the only one I eat the other's have too many things I can't have.. I even got my husband to try one and he liked it. Usually he calls things like that "bird food", so I ordered several boxes of the Macademia Nut Clif Bars for him. Gosh, Clif Bars and Vegan Shakes we really have been married too long (if you knew him you'd die laughing)!! I had to order thru the Pantry Store, paid $5.99 SH, but the price per box was way better than any other retailer that even with the SH per bar price was still a hair under a buck, that is huge. Thanks Amazon. I was confused why I paid the $5.99, spoke to a great gal at Amazon Pantry who gave me a tour, explained the rules, we talked about the Amozon Fire Stick really thinking about ditching Dish. I really wish I got her name she was as awesome as the Clif Bars and then some, she gabe me the $5.99 back towards my next purchase. Still some great folkes at Amazon.

Clif Energy Bar - White Chocolate Macadamia Nuts-is delicious. It is not a small, expensive puny bar, it is large enough and satisfying to the taste. If you are running late and cannot stop for lunch, eat a Clif bar (and this flavor in particular is great) it will fill you up and give you energy. If I am going somewhere and I know that it will be hard to stop for lunch, I always put a Clif bar in my pocket. Eat it on the go and you will be full enough to make it to dinner time. It's a great energy bar for children, also. They won't be looking for snacks with sugar and salt. This bar will satisfy them and you will know that you have given them a healthy snack. A glass of milk or a bottle of water with a Clif bar for snack time doesn't get any better. Clif makes other flavors also, but this one is delicious if you like white chocolate and are not allergic to nuts. Recommend

I often eat Cliff bars for lunch and/or breakfast -- especially on busy days. While these are intended to be "energy bars" rather than meal replacements, they have worked great for me. Less than 300 calories, but they hold me. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but all I can say is one for breakfast, one for lunch, and I'm good until dinner. I've had other brands in the past that my jaw would get tired chewing - not so with Cliff Bars. There may be one out there, but so far these are great.As far as the Crunchy Peanut Butter ones go - these are one of my favorites! I love peanut butter and this have a great flavor. If you don't really, really like peanut butter, these ones may be a bit much for you though.

My husband loves these Chocolate Brownie Clif Bars - he thinks I've given him a fancy brownie. Thank heaven for that, because trying to get that man to eat something that is deliberately healthier than a donut is nearly impossible. These are pretty chewy and have a satisfying texture without tasting or feeling like those old school protein bars from the 1980s that stayed stuck in your teeth all afternoon. They also travel well in a shirt pocket and in the glove box of the truck for a fast energy boost on the go.

These bars are hard to find and they taste delicious. So much so that I was eating them a lot. Then I realized there are a lot of calories in them, so I have cut back and use them for a snack after a hard work out. They are the only granola type bar with extra protein my children will eat. I usually let them eat it before or after sports (agest 14, 11, and 9). All my girls have intense swim workouts and they love having a cliff energy bar on hand. I will say other flavors do not go over as well as this one. I can buy them individually at one of the stories I shop at, or save money and buy a multi pack here. I usually stick with Amazon.
