Opened package,turned it on and the keyboard wouldn't come on the screen to type and the screen flickering and closing windows that I opened. Figured out the touch screen is tapping random spots on its own. Then I read their own inspection sheet- touchpad and keyboard are marked with an x, everything else has a check mark. Battery was in the 20 percent range so I thought I'd charge it to see if it would help. Wow,the charger they sent is the wrong size for the charge port. Total waste of my time. Extremely dissapointed.UPDATE: There is no prepaid shipping label - they want me to pay to send it back and are generous enough to give me a crumb ($15.00) as a thank you for paying the return shipping of their known defective product. I have lost a day of work trying to fix this with Amazon and Dell. They sent me a product that they KNEW was defective before sending it out. Now I am expected to pay the return shipping, and wait for my refund while paying my credit card interest until they feel like refunding it. Why can they commit fraud and send me the bill?

I could not use the computer until the charging port was replaced at personal expense.This needed repair took 2weeks which delayed formatting the computer and performing updates to the computer to prepare it for use.

Great Product, easy to use, very versatile, good connections to WiFi or Cell Network, very fast speed, Battery Life around 8 hours +, am using it all the time traveling as a Field Service Tech and had no issues so far anywhere i went.

bought this rugged tablet because I drop things a lot due to a physical disability. The touch screen did not respond as I would have liked. It's very heavy and hard to hold on to with a disability. I should have returned it but I've had it too long to do so now. I just wanted others to know the good points and the troublesome ones.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the renewed tablet and it just arrived today 05/11/2023. The touch screen registers presses on its own making it nearly impossible to do anything. They claim it all passed inspection but this unit doesn't work properly due to the faulty touchscreen.

I bought refurbished one, but it looks like new one.Embedded GPS receiver can be accessed u-Center software from u-blox(If not, check BIOS settings).Although it's weight is more than I think, I love this rugged tablet.

Used product for picoscope, has touchscreen and cursor issues tried recalibrate didn't help! Wouldn't buy again.
