Fantastic Travel Case!
If there is a delay to the shipping, it is worth waiting it out. Although I was originally quoted 1-2 months it showed up in a week which is always a plus. I have the black case which, like others have mentioned, does have a smell to it. It does not bother me and I expect it to dissipate over time. I do have to press my nose on the case to smell it so, I do not consider that to be much of an issue as I will likely never be doing that again. The case itself is ascetically pleasing and subtle. Dead center you have the Nintendo Switch logo along with one on the pull tab. The zipper is red and white which seems unimportant but I appreciate the attention to detail. The texture on the case itself makes it feel a little more rugged. The handle at the top I wish was slightly stiffer but I will seldom be holding it like a briefcase. When you open the case you have a zippered pouch that can hold a charger, headphones, or the Joy-Con attachments. Underneath the pouch is screen friendly padding that should protect the display. The pouch actually holds the device in place as well so when you unzip the case it will reduce the chances of it falling out. The area for the Switch has the right amount of room as it will not slide around but also does not put any unnecessary pressure on the device. There are even small cutouts for the rear triggers so that they will stay in there resting position. The two game card cases are nice and will be more useful once I build my game library. Below the two cutouts for the game cards is a long horizontal cutout for... headphones? Some may complain that it does not hold a power cable but if it did the size of the case would increase too much for me to have purchased this in the first place.

High quality
This case is very protective and high quality. My switch lite definitely fits a little oddly in it; it always feels like I've put it in the wrong way and that it will move around, but it does secure it well. Lightweight and slim.

Great purchase!
Purchased this for a Christmas gift 2024 for a brand new switch. Great quality! It’s now July 2025 and have had no issues with this case at all which says a lot because it belongs to a 7 year old. Has kept the switch 1000% safe and protected. Worth the purchase!!

Well Made Case, But Lacking Interior Space And Superior Protection
I purchased this case because I plan to travel quite a bit in the future with my Nintendo Switch. From the stock photographs it's a bit difficult to determine the actual size of this product, but I found it to be just large enough to hold the console itself with the JoyCons attached. There are other version of this case that feature nice graphics and different colors, but I opted for this one because it appeared that the exterior fabric used to manufacture this case is more textured and appears more durable, less prone to wear, than the type of material used for the other color variants. Since I did not purchase any other versions of this product I cannot say for sure, but what I can say is that I like the texture and durability of this one. It seems to be made with a type of durable nylon and I expect it to last heartily through the abuse of travel. In terms of the interior space: there are some included SD card holder cases inside that fit into slots that were cut specifically for those cases. They are small, snap open and have the added little bonus of having Nintendo Switch branding imprinted on them. They are also a nice red color matching the logo zipper clasp. Since those slots for those card cases sit underneath where the console is expected to lay they will pop out of place and jump around the case if the console is not inside the case holding them down in place. So, be mindful if you take the console out and leave the case open. They are small and will fly out of there in a hurry. There are also nylon loops attached to an interior flap that you can use for game cartridges. Speaking of space, you won't have much left after putting the console itself into the case. The padding inside the interior flap is very thick and takes up about a quarter of an inch of space. I'm not sure why they insulated that flap so much (possibly to protect the Switch Console's screen while the device is inside), but I think they overdid it and left too little space when the case is full sealed. It may be a challenge, if not impossible, for you to fit the full-size charging cable included with the Switch console into this case. You will probably have to buy a separate, smaller USB type C charging plug (such as one used for charging a cell phone) if you want to bring some energy with you. And you will need one, because the console itself will not last more than 3 hours (based on battery life while playing Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild). A case should ultimately protect the device, as well, from damage. I am not 100% convinced this case will absolutely protect the Switch console from compression situations (such as if a luggage bag drops onto it), because it's made primarily of tough, yet flexible, nylon and has a lot of "give". Nylon is a type of artificial cloth, after all, so it's not exactly meant to stand up to direct impact. If you are looking for something more heavy duty, I would go with a hard shell case of some type instead. This will probably protect your console if you happen to drop it from a low height, but that's about the greatest risk I could take with this case. One final downside to this case is the method in which it can be carried. It basically just has that handle on the top. The handle seems well-made and durable, but in hindsight I would have preferred a case that had some type of shoulder strap. I could see myself throwing this case into my backpack or a carry-on luggage bag, but why would I lug it around with me like a small briefcase? I have other, more important things to do with my hands. All in all it's a good, practical solution for keeping your Switch in some type of protected environment. However, if you are looking to pack any accessories with you for the Switch, look elsewhere. You will not find that capability here.
