I know many people with the 5675 Inspiron Gaming Desktop have had problems with getting the memory to run at its rated speed of 2400Mhz. The system comes with only 1 stick of ram so it can't run in duel channel mode until you add another stick so I bought this second 16GB module and now it runs at exactly 2400Mhz. It's blazing fast now. I don't need 32 GB's of ram but I wanted the performance boost of duel channel so I splurged and bought another stick. It's very easy to install and very little force is needed to seat the ram properly so don't force it. The CAS latency is quite nice 17 across the board quite snappy. I attached a photo of the results. This along with the NVME M.2 PCIe card I installed makes the a system quite a powerhouse at a very reasonable price. 950USD at Best Buy, system specs as follows Ryzen 7 1700, 32GB 2400Mhz ram, 128GB Samsung NVME M.2 PCIe, 1TB 7200 HHD, Rx 580 video card. This comp plays everything now on ultra settings from Wither 3 to PUBG and Battlefield 4... I plan on upgrading the video card to a GTX 1080 and another SSD in the near future. This computer blows away my 5 year old 4k dollar system! Crucial makes some high grade memory as well.
