Great for shorter haircuts
I purchased this blade because the other one I bought my dogs hair was still long. Since she has a black coat I wanted something that would clip her shorter in the summer months. This is a great length, and she could probably still go a little shorter.Pros:Easy to clip onto your Andis ClippersEasy to cleanCuts so well and smoothCons:NoneI love my Andis Clippers, it is so easy to give my dog a haircut when you have a good pair that don't catch on everything little thing, or bother her when my dog moves while getting her hair cut. It makes the process really smooth. And, this blade is an awesome addition to your collection if you want to go shorter in the summer and longer in the winter.

Works well on our bernedoodle
I bought an Andis clipper to do my grooming at home, and for the first few times used a 10 blade with a plastic guide comb to get a bit longer cut. I was very difficult and took forever because it kept getting clogged with hair and would not cut smoothly.I wish I had gotten this blade from the beginning! The cut is smooth and quick and does not clog.If you want a bit longer cut than the 10 blade, definitely buy another blade instead of trying to use the clip on guide combs.

It fits my Andis AGC2 perfectly.
Great blade. For those of you who may have a problem attaching this blade to your AGC2 here is how to put the blade on.1. Seat the blade peg into the blade attachment slot.2. Press the blade release button at the back. Hint: keep the button pressed in the whole time.3. Press the blade down - the whole time you are holding the button in, and the blade will seat itself.4. Now stop pressing the button.5. Double check that the blade is seated perfectly. If it is you are ready to start grooming your pet.6. When ready to change out the blade - just press the blade release button again.I have to do the above steps for the following blades: 3 3/4 FC, 3/4 HT, 7FC, 7 FT, 8 1/2, 4 FCHopes this helps anyone who is having difficulty attaching your blades.

Not as sharp as I'd hoped
I trimmed two dogs and it seems they dulled sorta quickly. Both dogs were freshly bathed and clean. They did the job, it just wasn't as neat a trim as I'd hoped for.

Works great
Good solid clipper blade and fits my Andis dog clipper perfectly, as it should. Good solid construction good quality. On dog clipper blades a higher number blade cuts shorter and a lower number blade cut longer. So the clippers came with a number 10 blade which is a very short cut, mostly for a shave down, a bit to close to the skin for my dog. So for a longer cut choose a lower number blade. I find 3/8" good for summer cuts, this blade, and I will probably get another blade for winter cuts that's about 3/4" so my pup has a bit more hair for some warmth for colder weather. And to the groomer once in a while to "fix" my mistakes. Dog grooming is harder than it looks! :-)

Fits Andis Ultraedge AGC Super 2-Speed
I just started grooming our Shihtzu mix and had bought the Andis AGC Super 2-speed which came with the 10 blade. I then realized I need the 4FC for clipping her body. When I looked up the product description, it didn't say whether it would fit my Andis and one reviewer even said it doesn't but another said it does. So I just wanted it to be known that it does fit the AGC Super 2-speed. The one thing I did notice is this 4FC blade seems to have a yellow tint to the silver making it look older or used but I tried it out and it works well so we'll see if it holds up well after a few grooms. It cuts very well until you hit a matted spot but I presume all blades do that and it does give a nice finish to the fur.

Rusted upon arrival
I got this blade and normally there is oil in the package to prevent rust. I am not sure if something happened or I bought from a bad vendor. There was no oil and the words on the and number 30 was rusted. I love Andis and have never had this problem in the past
