This is nothing but a towel...I use this during hot flow on top of a yoga mat and every movement your feet or hands make on this, the towel bunches up and behaves just like a regular towel, sliding this way and that. It doesn't remain flat and I've had to find another towel so that I didn't spend half the time fiddling with the towel trying to rearrange it whilst in poses.

Always my go to for my hot yoga or Pilate classes. Basically a necessity now. Really helps me from slipping all over my mat. Would buy again.

Nice towel. Pretty colour & fairly soft material. Received the towel in reasonable amount of time. Have used it 5-6 times since in Hot Yoga classes & noticed it's quite absorbent. Remember to fold it or hang it up if not using it as it wrinkles quite noticeably. That said - it's a towel & it doesn't really need to be perfectly starched.

I've used a lot of yoga towels for hot yoga over the past 20 years and this one is up there. Be sure to wet the top and bottom with water before a sweaty practice, and your hands and feet won't slip. Pros: soft, long length, grippy when wet Cons: no rubber grips on underside (but I don't find the towel moves around much, so I'm not sure you'd need them)

Great Towel, soft yet serves its purpose on antislip on the mat! Easy to machine wash as well.
