Very natural.
I would describe the bristles as medium-soft. Some other reviews stated that they thought the bristles were soft, but compared to my standard plastic soft bristled toothbrush, these bristles feel much stiffer. Not in a bad way, but different for sure. The bamboo behind the bristles feels slightly more bulky and less slippery in the mouth than a plastic toothbrush, but it gets familiar feeling pretty fast. One or two bristles do occasionally tend to shed in use, and it may be because I have really close tooth contacts, but it doesn't bother me because it seems natural for that to occur with natural materials like a bamboo stick and some boars hair bristles. I think the infinite uses with no shedding performance of a plastic toothbrush is actually very unnatural. It may be more convenient but that plastic production and consumption comes at a cost. I feel better about myself and my impact on our environment by using these toothbrushes, albeit a tiny contribution overall. My teeth seem to get the same level of clean feeling after a brushing so the functionality is still there. If you're environmentally conscious these are worth a try.

Buy it
Good for the price. I would've liked a softer softness, like medium-soft rather than medium, but these are the best I could find. They last a while, clean well, and seem like quality items. Have been using a brush for a few months and haven't had to switch yet, am sure this pack will last me years. Also nice having a plastic free option

decent
The bristles are natural and do a great job at keeping teeth without plack. However, the bamboo taste is a bit overwhelming and lingers in the saliva for a while. I'm using 2 brushes intermittently to avoid the taste. Also, the bristles are giving in quite fast

Best toothbrushes
Natural bristles is what I appreciate the most. The bamboo handles are very nice. I order these all the time and recommend them to everyone

These are natural bristle brushes; toothbrush is not well constructed, but okay for short term use.
I very much like that these are natural bristle brushes. However, some bristles fall out, more in first use. The amount of bristles in the brush head is marginal. The handle is wood. My priority is using a natural bristle brush as it is easier on my gums, so if I find one with a better constructed thicker natural brush head, I'll get that even if handle is plastic. My take on this is that these toothbrushes are cheaply made with only positive being that it is made of natural non-synthetic materials. I won't rebuy.

using for couple of months, value for the money, durability high, bristles are stiff though not good or people with bleeding or sensitive gums, portable but have to keep brush dry after use for it is tru bamboo which can grow mold at attachment point, but rather that than plastic in my life.

Bristles come out in a week
Bristles come out in a week, feels like the 1970s after the club. They need to try better glue. Otherwise work great for a few days before you got bristles all in your mouth.

Not very good
The bristles get stuck in your teeth right after the first use... and honestly, it just gave me the ick. I was too afraid to keep using out of fear of swallowing the hard bristles. It's not soft on the teeth either, so be warned if you have sensitive gums. I get being all for natural/organic stuff, but this is just not for me.
