First of all, I am a side-sleeper. This shape of "contour", with the higher end by the neck and lower end by the head, works great! I have been using the traditional-shape pillows forever, this is the first time I try and I am happy with the comfort it provides. No more neck pain and I sleep good! You can't beat the price to try, especially for a memory foam one. I find the pillow not too soft or firm, and give good support for the head. I didn't try the other contour memory foam ones, which there are many, with wide price range. Well, this one works for me on my first trial.

Comfortable, keeps the shape. Use it for a couple months. First day it looked weird, but don't worry- give it 24h. But it might make you sweat more, I put 2 covers for extra layer. Other than that I really like it

I thought it was going to make my neck more comfortable through the night. But for my problem, it's not the correct product. Well made and comfortable.

I suffer from arthritis in my neck and was having terrible nighttime headaches, decided to try a contour pillow, decided on this one for the price and memory foam, best decision I could've made! Love it

I needed a pillow that would help support my lower back when I was sleeping. This is soft yet firm enough to do that. Keeps my hips stable and my spine straight.

Pillow was very comfortable

This didnt work for me. I've used other contoured orthopedic pillows and they provide good neck support but this is so soft that it might as well not be contoured. It yielded easily to the weight of my neck so it defeats the purpose of an orthopedic pillow. Would not recommend this material for this purpose. It's also the only pillow I've ever used that actually caused discomfort.

After using for about two months, it’s already losing its form and is becoming flat. It worked amazingly when I needed it to at the time of purchase. Def good for temporary neck pain relief, but it’s not a long lasting pillow.
