Took a while, but got it working!
I bought this scanner for my gaming/comic book store, and was having a hard time getting it to properly read the last 5 digits of a comic book as it's added onto the 12-digit ISBN. Their support contact information in the booklet that came with it no longer exists. After trying a couple of different things, I was FINALLY able to get it to do what I need it to.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. Biggest issue was figuring out who to disconnecting the charging cable but that was not really an issue. Reads well. Great range. Cannot really comment on battery life as my usage of it was max half an hour at a time.
