This is a great knife. I used it on a recent camping trip and it did everything from prepare kindling to slicing venison off of the grill. Comes from the factory crazy sharp. The sheath isn’t especially fantastic, but it definitely works well. I like kydex on my knives. I would prefer a little more retention when you snap the blade down into the sheath, but it works. The grip is what really sold me though. It’s that almost tacky rubber with deep finger grooves. I have pretty large hands (3X gloves from most manufacturers) and the grip totally disappears in my hand, locked down really tightly. There is a great thumb stop (I’m sure it has a name but I can’t think of it) built in right where the blade meets the grip. Love this knife and a couple buddies have already asked me to send them the link to get their own.

It took me a bit, looking at pics, to warm up to the sheepsfoot blade on this knife. However the decent SS and great reviews I read led me to grab it at a very good price here on Amazon. When it arrived, I was REALLY impressed! Thick spine makes it a substantial blade with chopping and cutting capabilities. It came very sharp as well; right out of the box it shaves paper like nothing. The ergonomic handle is nicely done and will feel good in hand no mater the chore(s) at hand. Actually, tonight it's going to be my kitchen knife as I ready(score) and later slice a ham with it. Sheath is fine. Knife is awesome and rates AAAAA

CRKT Catchall. What a knife! I bought one, I tried it out and loved it. I left in out one day and my daughter in law saw it, tried it, and loved it so much I gave it to her and bought another. I was using it one day and my son walked by, liked the way it looked, tried it, and glommed it (with my blessing). I just sent for a 3rd one, and when it gets here, I'm hiding it!

This blade will not disappoint !!! It feels great in my hand and the jimping is very aggressive. The blade is so well balanced it feels lighter than it actually is. It's ergonomics are off the chart. It is very sharp from the factory. The spine is thick and the whole blade is very robust. I am very happy with it and if lost I would immediately replace it.

Probably the most functional and usable belt knife I own. This knife is essentially purpose built for work around the house, farm or even light bushcrafting. It throws sparks exceedingly well, makes feather sticks well, and is ergonomical for everything except chopping (not really a chopper anyway). If I was buying a knife for someone who doesn’t usually carry one I would consider this nearly perfect. Does everything well but is obviously a slicer. No aggressive or scary blade profile, it screams user knife. I love mine and made a leather sheath for it to keep it safe

This knife is with every penny paid for it. I love the feel & balance in my hand. It’s full tang all the way, and the grip on the sides feel natural in my hand. It came razor sharp and the uniquely-shaped blade is beautiful. It’s a little large to be a EDC, but I’m really thinking on making it the everyday go-to. This isn’t quite the valerian steel dagger of King Viserys Targaryen, but it’s a close second. It’s another CRKT must-buy.

Full tang knife, very ergonomic, very sharp out of the box. The sheath is made of a very hard polymer. The shape of the blade allows for easy sharpening on a whetstone. Great value for money.
