Has helped me get to sleep.
Tried the GABA L-Theanine supplement as a melatonin-free sleep aid and was pleasantly surprised. It helps me wind down without that groggy hangover feeling in the morning. The combo of GABA and L-Theanine feels calming, not overpowering—perfect for when you just need to relax and drift off naturally. Definitely a solid option if you’re looking to avoid melatonin.

Grape Flavor Is Great, But No Positive Effect On Sleep
I'll give it 2 stars for the grape flavor, it is very good when slightly diluted with water. Other than that, this product had absolutely zero effect on my sleep. I thought it might take some time to build, but after using 2 boxes, 20 packs, I can confidently say that either this product works for some and not others, or it's a scam. Unfortunately, it just doesn't help me get to sleep or stay asleep.

Did not work for me.
Didn’t work at all, to add, I had horrible nightmares and was even more awake in the middle of the night. I don’t recommend.

What’s the Opposite of Sleep?
Oh, that’s right “AWAKE”. Maybe you should rename this. To follow up with this review, Protekt made it right with me since their product didn't work for me. They have great customer service so I changed this from a 1 star to a 3 star. Hopefully, Protekt Liquid Sleep Support works for you.

Love this product!
Having a busy schedule means at times I find it hard to get to sleep at night. I have taken other supplements, but they either don’t work or make me feel groggy the following day. I had heard from a friend about “Protekt Rest” so I thought I would try it. So far, 100% success as I have taken this on those nights where sleep feels out of reach. And best of all, I wake up the next morning feeling rested and ready to tackle my day. I recommend to anyone who may need the help to calm and fall asleep, without having to worry about feeling groggy the next day.

Great taste!
I wouldn’t necessarily say it made me sleepy but it does have quite the calming effect. The taste is pretty good and it mixes really easy.
