Love the tool - very easy to use but very sharp so be careful!The holder supplied is a little awkward to use but overall a great addition to your kitchen tools.

This is a very good grater with quality sharpness. My only recommendation would be get the brands cut resistant gloves too so that you don’t worry about cutting yourself.

It looks sharp and sturdy. I’ll be using all four sides. I love the cover so it's safer to store.

This grater is ok, but not as cool as I thought it would be. I tried grating some garlic, which got stuck because there is too much play between the hopper and the blade. It will be interesting when I use it for nutmeg; it will probably leave half the nutmeg behind. I have to admit that I bought if mostly because of the hopper, thinking that it would save my fingers, and I am rating it based on that. As far as the blades are concerned, it works fine.

Really like this product...well made and easy to use. I also like that it comes with a plastic sleeve/guard; very handy for storage.

I love how sturdily it's built. The insert keeps the shredded veg inside and easy to retrieve. The blades are wicked sharp (so watch your knuckles). The only disadvantage, and it's a minor one, is that the fine grater teeth are a little fussy to clean. I had to use a bristle brush. Other than that, I it's the best grater I've ever owned. Highly recommend! Note: Buy culinary gloves that protect you from being cut. Other than that, this is da bomb!

The sliding piece on this would not engage in the horizontal grooves on each side of the Mandoline, making it impossible to slice or grate anything. Not having used a Mandoline before, I thought it was ME! It took many hours (at least 3) of my time to finally speak to someone at Zwilling who actually knew the product enough to help me, after sending a demo video. I decided I wasn't going to take a chance on another one, and returned it.

Well, it works, but I guess this is one of those "figure it out by yourself" appliances. There are ZERO written instructions and the YOUTUBE videos are worthless. Once we experimented with it for a while we got it figured out. Hey Zwilling, how about an instruction pamphlet??

I bought it for brand. Negative reviews were mostly about sharpness of the product so I didn’t mind. It is pretty big tower grater. I tried to grate fresh ginger on it and it got stuck miserably! I spent considerable amount of water and time to clean ginger threads from it.For that price it should grate toughest fruit/vegetable. I won’t recommend this to anyone. I should have just bought one from IKEA for 6 dollars.

Not sure what you might actually spiraluse with this. It’s small and seemed to me to need two pairs of hands to manage. Design wise it is pretty!
