The pen is bad.
The pen is too scratchy to write with. I might have to buy with a new refill to check but wouldn't recommend this product.

While not overly flashy, the Zebra Sarasa Grand is a clean and stylish take on the Sarasa Clip. The brass body gives it a little bit of weight without being too heavy. The clip is a little less springy than the regular Sarasa Clip. Takes all the usual refills you might expect a Sarasa to take. Lacking a rubber grip if that is important to you. I personally love it (as I do pretty much all my Zebra pens) and for situations where a plastic pen might look a little cheap or tacky, this is definitely a nice option.

I am not exaggerating at all when I say that this is the greatest pen ever made. Before now, you have always had to choose between smooth, thick, bold print and fast drying ink. The most popular pen in the world, the G2, is the former. It writes bold and smooth. Hence why it's so popular. But it smears horribly and takes 15 seconds or so to dry! This pen, and i don't know how they did it, writes even SMOOTHER and BOLDER than the G2, while drying INSTANTLY. I uploaded a video with my review where you can see me writing with a "fast drying" 1mm pen my company bought (which I believe is just a custom G2 pen) and this Zebra pen side by side. I smear them as quickly as I could (while doing all this one handed since I was holding my phone, so bear with me) And as you can see, the zebra looks much bolder and crisper and DOES NOT SMEAR AT ALL. How do they even do this????? With so much ink on the page, none of it is wet even a moment after putting it there???? I couldn't recommend this enough for left handed people who have to drag their hand across their work as they write. It would be a godsend. I will be using this pen exclusively from now on and can't recommend it enough. It's higher price point is absolutely NOTHING for what you're getting. Seriously.
