My Life as a Fifth-Grade Comedian

I thought this was for 5th grade but it is not. It’s either 3rd or 4th grade level because my sons 5th grade teacher did not approve this book because it was for a lower grade.

Loved the comedy and the fact that if you're the loud mouth, attention is going to be given to you -whether good or bad. The main character has to pull his choir class together to create a Christmas concert. The problems and reactions are very typical and the book is well-written and believable. Nice to have a male protagonist

My son loves these books. Came just as described and right on time.

My reluctant reader is LOVING this book and reading it without me asking him to.

The humor is difficult to read.

My 10 year old son just loved this book. He talked about it all the time.
