Is the cushioning completely around the handle?

Does anyone know where I'd be able to buy additional rubber tip for this wonderful cane? Not the quad pod which I have and honestly don't like.

Description states that it folds away in a black canvas bag. Several reviews state no canvas bag included. Hugo, does it include a bag?

Can the tip be replaced?
