Essentially just Sugar-Free mints
This product seems to mostly be a minty way to put aloe vera in your mouth. Lactobacillus has some probiotic value, but most other probiotics on the market include more than just 1 strain, and lactobacillus is mostly for gastro health, rather than mouth or throat health, and is readily found in many cheese varieties.They freshen your breath, but I don't expect much probiotic effect. From my perspective, I paid $30 for 90 mints.
