I wear a size 8 1/2 in womens, would these fit me?

Kyleigh, these aren't really a shoe. They have a strap across the bottom that goes underneath the bottom of your shoe but the top part just fits over the shoe. So it's like a shoe cover. My son wore them over his size 5 shoe. I am not sure they would cover your whole shoe but I think they would cover most of it. Hope this helps.

What size would you say these fit? Looking for a 9 year old boy (size 4 kids)

These are boot covers, which have no soles, the simply go over the top of the shoe. They might look large and goofy on a 9 year old, but that's sort of the point, so I think they'd work fine.

They are boot covers, you can wear them over the top of any shoes to make it look like you are wearing moon boots.
