What is the length of the strip?

These are 1 1/4" inch long by 1/2" wide. They are the exact 3M DUAL LINK strips used in California on the FasTrak Flex and FasTrak CAV toll tags.

Is this product sturdy enough to hold a tom tom?

No, tom tom is too heavy. Eventually, can't hold the device.

Can i use this to attach a 7 lb monitor to a vesa stand? my portable monitor does not have any slots on the back so i can't use a vesa stand directly.

No. These strips aren’t designed for an item weighing that much. You will need a bracket.

What size are these strips? Thanks...

1 1/2” x 1”. I put them on the back of my ezpass. They really stick.
