Powdered D-Mannose sachets for travel
If you are unlucky enough to suffer regularly with UTIs, cystitis and other bladder problem, many people say D-Mannose can give some relief. This pack contains 12 x 1 g sachets which you take mixed with water and the taste is OK. This formula could be useful when travelling to keep handy in your bag. However, if you have symptoms the recommended dose is two sachets per day and at £18 for this box it works out rather expensively. They are not suitable for young children.Of course any persistent pain and urinary problems should be treated by your Doctor.

The pure stuff! Sachets are pricey but very handy
I love that these are just pure D-Mannose, nothing added. So many powders and supplements have all sorts of fillers and sweeteners, which often means I can’t take the. This is D-mannose that is extracted naturally from birch, so it really is the pure stuff! The sachets are very handy - much smaller than I expected, easy to fit in a wallet even. They contain 3g which you can sprinkle into water and drink. Easy if you’re on the go. The recommended dose is 2 sachets a day, to a max of 6 sachets. Personally one a day works for me, but it’s good to know I can up the dose if needs be.I recommend Waterfall D-Mannose, I trust the make and the product. Sachet form is not the cheapest way to take D-Mannose, and I also take it via tablet as it’s cheaper, even though I do prefer sachet form. But these sachets are very handy and I like to have them in stock. Mine arrived with a good sell-by date of over a year.

Great brand, good ingridients, easy to take.
I like to have at home something to treat UTI, so with mild ones I don't have to go to the GP.Usually I use cranberry suplements or vit C, but I heard about D-Mannose and wanted to try it.Sachets arrived well packed, 12 x 3g sachets.Sachets are easy to open and prepare, they dissolves fast. They are not very tasty but also not unpleasant, so good for a medicine/suplement.Perfect to have in the handbag just in case, as I like to treat UTIs as soon as I think it is starting.Great brand, good ingridients, easy to take, so good to have in the home medicine cupboard.

No real health benefits from what I can tell.
These claim to be for bladder health and MAY help with cystitis and other similar health problems. That is what it says in the listing but on the packets and box it says nothing about what it is for. I find this really concerning that some people will take this instead of consulting a doctor for their problem , even though it does say that it may not help in the small writing. I tried one sachet to see what it tastes like and it was not pleasant at all and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth for quite a while. If you just want a supplement then I am sure this will be okay but if you have real health issues then please consult a doctor or pharmacist first.
