Easy to use and worked very well on tile floor

Works fine, but it's still hard work
It does what you would expect, but it's still hard work and you have to be careful not to chip the edge of the tile. Although it works as advertised, next time I'll pay someone to do it for me.

It does work (sort of)
You will NOT be able to remove lines of grout with this tool; no way. You need an oscillating power tool DeWalt 20V link is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VBB55X5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title. I purchased this tool to get the last 1/2" of grout up against the base board. The DeWalt doesn't quite reach it. You would cut your wrists if you tried to use this device for an entire job. It is indispensable for that last 1/2" that is all.

Practice makes perfect
It took me an hour of use to get the hang of how to hold and how fast/slow to move the tool to chisel out old kitchen tile grout, but once I got the hang of it, it was a very effective tool. I only needed it for a one time job, regrouting my mom‘s kitchen tiles. Probably won’t ever use it again because I don’t plan on re-grouting anybody’s tile for a while. But for the price, it was worth it!

Should have returned
Very small tool tips and rather weak power. Should have returned but I had tried to use it without success. Lesson learned
