Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

I bought the phone 2-3 days ago after my phone got stolen, when it comes to price it is similar to other retailers but fast delivery was the main reason. Also, almost no scratches at all, everything works fine so far and the battery came with 100% so it is very good. And the value for the money is incredible, better then 16e. Did not arrive with the original box, not sure if the recycled phones usually arrive with box but still good.

Only had this phone 15 mins and fell in love with it, great phone, great battery life (100% health) and amazing camera condition. It was well worth the 245 pounds that I spent on it and is a perfect size

The phone was in great physical shape but there was a ‘complete battery setup’ message which wouldn’t go away, the phone also got very hot and couldn’t hold charge.. I had read online that the latest iOS would fix the battery overheating problem so tried to update iOS. Constant lagging and ‘cannot verify update’ message - definitely not my network so had to be the phone. Didn’t even get to put my sim in it. I was sent a label that wasn’t paid, even though phone was faulty. I sent it back via Special Delivery, collected by Royal Mail. I was told I’d be reimbursed for postage cost, whatever service I used. I got the refund but the seller told me to go to Amazon for postage refund. An hour and 3 associates later they say the tracking number wasn’t enough and now I need to trawl through all my emails to find the one for this item. Not happy and have bought a brand new phone on eBay for a little bit more - without a snidey battery.

Arrived in perfect condition with hundred percent battery health and so far it works perfectly

This phone arrived through the letterbox without having to sign (then I got some cheap bags delivered a few days later which I had to sign for!) I was not happy that it dropped to the floor and the packaging wasn't very padded, but was undamaged luckily. The phone itself is awesome and I think I got it quite cheaply. Some local shops were selling the same phone for £60 more. It looks brand new and my son was super happy with his birthday present.

Fast delivery, perfect condition, perfect battery life, no scratches and a free case

Happy with phone so far, will update if any problems as I haven’t had it long. Battery health is 100% and no visible scratches or marks. Arrived on time via royal mail and very pleased.

I purchased the iphone 13 refurbished and advertised as excellent condition.Touchscreen appeared to have an intermittent fault from day 1 but initially put it down to data and app transfer from old iphone. I did start the process of a return, however, i decided to explorer other reasons for why this would be intermittently failing.Software update, screen protector and accessories were all investigated but when i attempted to put the torch on in a cold night (-7) the screen flashed and became unresponsive and eventually did not light up at all. Pictures of all the edges and screen were provided to show no impact damage but, on return to the seller for investigation and repair the unit, they found cracks on the screen under the screen which they feel is due to impact. I don't believe this to be the case, i believe the phone was sold faulty. If these cracks/ stress fractures could be seen by the time the seller received the unit its just further evidence to suggest this screen was always damaged and i could not see it. I would not purchased from this seller because i do believe they sold me a damaged phone.Big mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt and look into other reasons into why the unit was intermittently faulty instead of returning immediately. If you find yourself in the same position return immediately the unit is probably faulty.
