Great Bike, Solid
I absolutely love this bike. I’ve modified it as you can see in the pictures, but it was great out of the box. I had an issue with a brake handle and they replaced it without any hassle at all, was surprised at the complete lack of resistance to make it right. Was very happy with the customer service.I ride this bike every single day, a minimum of 20 miles a day. No issues with derailleur, no issues with cranks, no issues with bottom bracket, no issues with wheels. It has a 44mm head tube, not tapered but able To take a tapered conversion. I was able to upgrade easily to a 1 1/8” non tapered air shock fork.

generic assembly instructions confusing and unhelpful
generic assembly instructions confusing and unhelpful. the bike is great to ride after you figure out which of the instructions actually apply and get it assembled. a few more photos would help the assembly.

Full size bike
I bought this bike being a little skeptical. I received the bike and had to do just a few things to assemble to make it complete. I was very satisfied by the ease of installation. This bike is a great buy. It rides and shifts smoothly and is really well built. I highly recommend it

Just breaks down all the time
Few rides in, the cranks went loose and after all my efforts to tighten them back up, they just remained wonky and loose. I had to bike home with one crank in my backpack.Few rides later, rear Zoom brake leaks and then completely fails. I've only ever ridden this bike on pavement (I was too scared to try to push limits on $40 brakes) and it failed on me. The front brake saved me from barreling into traffic at the bottom of the hill. I was coming from using mechanical disk/rim brakes all my life so I goofed thinking at $800 someone cared to put reliable brakes on the bike.I ask for a rear brake replacement; they ship me a front brake instead... Now I have 2 front brakes. Not too long after, the derailleur folds into the cassette because the bike likes to shift out of gear when under pressure (even after being tuned). It's raining and I have to walk the bike home after that.Overall, I've suffered from owning this bike for just a few months, not even a year. I thought the yellow paint scheme was pretty nice...

I love this bike
Awesome bike. Have only had two rides thus far but each were 2+ hours nonstop rugged mtn bike trails. I'm into endurance. Trails are rocky with roots and hilly. Only adjustment after assembling was to tighten the seat to post. Brakes and gears work perfect. Removed the stickers on the wheels, the wheel reflectors, and pried off the pedal reflectors and this bike looks bad ass. I love the range on the 9 speed gears and love the 29" wheels. I also love that the freewheel isn't stupid and annoyingly loud like a lot of mountain bikes are. There is nothing I'm even thinking about changing or upgrading on this.

I only used the frame
I was building a dirt jumper with just the frame but the components such as the derailer, shifters, and tires are kind of junky besides that, the frame was really nice and sturdy. If you purchase this bike I would definitely recommend buying separate parts.

Bad components
I'm a bike mechanic and bike restorer and here's is why I gave it 3stars, the X-gear shifter and derailer are unusable, the chain jumps and skips around while in gear, had dig into my parts bin and change out the shifter and derailer to make it rideable, next I had to bleed the brakes because they were spongy and had air in lines also had to reroute the lines because they were on the same side as the brake levers, another thing this bike is heavy not much lighter than my 32lb fat tire bike, and did NOT come with Kenda tires as advertised. Should have bought the Ozark Trail MTB from Wal-Mart.
