Okay for tempering chocolate
Works okay for tempering chocolate, not as good as I’d hoped but does job

It is more for wax,temperature is not very accurate
When machine is set to heat to 30° it is heating at least to 34° so if you are tempering chocolate you always have to keep your eyes on temperature but overall I am happy because this machine makes easier chocolate making
